Thursday evening the 11th:

Leadership Meeting: 7:pm to 9:pm - All members of leadership are expected to attend this meeting. Including but not limited to the following. Ministry Officers, Directors, Commanders, Master Chiefs, Chiefs and Deputy Chiefs.


Please Note: The Leadership and Home Office Staff will have a table set up for information regarding the ministry and ministry training.
Friday Morning the 12th:

9:am to 10: am - Registration at the door for everyone who has not already registered.

10:am to 10:55 am - Introduction of the members who have been promoted, appointed to leadership positions. Awards presentation and drawings.

11:am to 11:55 pm - Chaplain Rusty Farmer from California: Rusty will be giving a lecture on Biker Ministry . Chaplain Farmer is a retired NAVY CWO2 (21 years), He is a Vietnam & Beirut veteran. Chaplain Farmer was the first Senior Vice President of Chaplain Fellowship Ministries now serving as Vice President of ministry programs. Chaplain Farmer has been a member for 15 years. He is an Independent Chaplain involved with Prison Ministry, Bike Runs & Events.

12:pm to 2:pm - LUNCH ( The guys at the Humble House will be fixing lunch for everyone who would like to go to the humble house. Lunch will be on a donation basis to the Humble House.) We will have the van runing for those who want to go else where for lunch.

Chaplain Larry Todd from Texas: 2:pm to 2.55 pm - Larry will be giving a lecture on Funeral Ministry and Wedding Ministry: Larry also works with Police departments and fire department. Larry is the founder of Central Texas Crisis Ministries. Larry brings a lot of knowledge, years of experience and wisdom regarding these ministries.

Chaplain Skip Straus from Texas 3:pm to 3:55 pm - Skip will be giving a lecture on first responder suicide. Chaplain Straus is the president and founder of Emergency Ministries. Emergency Ministries provide on-scene (and “behind scene”) Crisis Chaplaincy for emergency workers (first-responders). Their emphasis is on Critical Incident Stress mitigation. Their services are offered without regard to religious affiliation (or lack thereof). They have sat down (sometimes on the scene) with these everyday heroes on issues involving things such as; fatalities involving children, multiple fatality accidents, deaths of coworkers, marital problems, substance abuse issues and the like. Skip brings a wealth of information regarding Emergency services ministry.

Chaplain Steve Neatherlin & Chaplain Ashley Landua from Texas: 4:pm to 4:55pm - Steve will giving a lecture on Faith based alcohol and drug rehab. Steve has been involved full time living on site with those in Faith based alcohol and drug rehab for many years. Steve has first hand experience from living with those going through rehab.


Saturday Morning the 12th:

10: am to ? - Formal ordination ceremonies will be held in the conference room. Chaplain Henry Curtis, and Chaplain Charles Popovich from New York will be performing the ceremony, others chaplains may assist if needed. All members are welcome to join in!
