Master Chief David Fair Chaplain is married to the former Karen McBride. The couple has three children and four grandchildren. Chaplain Fair has been a member of Chaplain Fellowship Ministries for over ten years. Dr. Fair is the president of Police USA, to visit the Police USA web site. Police USA is home to a wide range of programs & services, all driven by a shared commitment to promote the safety and well-being of police officers, In addition to cultivating these same ideals in our youth.

Dr. Fair is also a member of the CFMI crisis response team and played a major role in the debreifing of officers after the terrorist attack at Fort Hood Texas, Chaplain Fair has also made two trips to Haiti. Dr. Fair is the Master Chief of Law Enforcement Chaplaincy for Chaplain Fellowship Ministries International. Dr. Fair is the Chief Chaplain for the Brownwood PD, the Brownwood (TX) Fire Department, Brown County (TX) Sheriff's Dept. Brownwood Regional Medical Center, and Gold Star EMS. Chaplain Fair is also a Chaplain for the Texas Dept. Of Public Safety and serves on its Critical Incident Response Team. Chaplain Fair is an ordained Minister, Elder and Trustee at Abundant Life Church. He was elevated to the position of Bishop by St. Thomas-A-Becket Synod and University, Canterbury, Kent, England in 2003.

Dr. Fair is a recipient of the Presidents Call To Service Award having well over 20 thousand hours in volunteer service to law enforcement and the community at large. David Fair specializes in trauma response and training nationwide. For 20 years he has specialized in response and training in the public safety sector. David Fair is a veteran crisis responder having been deployed to Ground Zero/911, to East Texas following the Columbia Space Shuttle Disaster, Killeen, Texas Luby's mass murders, Texas wildfires, Katrina, and Rita. He has also worked with families and survivors of the Oklahoma City Bombing, and The Waco Branch Dividian siege. He has responded to dozens of businesses and originations following major incidents for intervention and/or training, including Kroger's, Texas Bank, Howard Payne University, City of San Saba, Bangs Public Schools, Cherokee Public Schools Duncanville Public Schools.

RELIGIOUS PRACTITIONER: Dr. Dave Fair is a Reconized Certified Religious Practitioner- and does comply with the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors Title 22, Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 681, subtitle A, 681.2 definitions, (15), (A), (B), (C). Dr. Fair is also a member of the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress and is listed in their National Registry.
