Dr. Francis has served as a member of the ministerial and leadership staff with New Covenant Worship Center, a non-denominational church located in Oklahoma City and has held many positions within the church organization.

Dr. Francis is employed as a Computer Operations Supervisor at the Federal Aviation Administration, Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City. He is a Certified Pastoral Counselor and a Certified Christian Counselor, providing Christian counseling to employees and their family.

As Chaplains, we are here to serve and support by invitation. We serve in three specific areas: emotionally, relationally, and spiritually. We are Caregivers. Our Caregivers have four components: Compassion, Acceptance, Reflection and Encouragement.

Compassion is feeling another’s pain and providing the needed immediate support. Acceptance of people “just as they are” is vital. We may not necessarily agree with them or their actions, but we are committed to caring for them. Reflection is helping others keep things in perspective…their past, present and future. Encouragement is offering hope in difficult situations. We recognize that hope aids recovery and help build a future.

Chaplain Fellowship Ministries will give you the opportunities for Training, Certification and Professional Support. At Chaplain Fellowship Ministries, we are a loving family and our doors are open to those who have been called to do the work of the Lord, both men and women.

Dr. Bruce Francis Ph.D - Vice President - Dr. Francis is the Vice President of Chaplain Fellowship Ministries International Inc., serving as one of the Chief Chaplains on the Governing Board of Directors. He also serves as Director of Home Church Ministries for Chaplain Fellowship Ministries International. He is the founder and President of Chaplain Fellowship Ministries of Oklahoma, along with being the founder and Senior Pastor of Divine Life Christian Ministries, Oklahoma City. Dr. Francis offers services in the following areas. Spiritual guidance, One on One Counseling, Dr. Francis performs weddings,Visits Hospitals and Convalescent homes, and offers Home Fellowship. Dr. Francis has served as a member of the ministerial and leadership staff with New Covenant Worship Center, a non-denominational church located in Oklahoma City and has held many positions within the church organization. Dr. Francis completed his studies through seminary in California and was ordained as a Minister, working with many ministries within the states of California and Oklahoma. Continuing his studies, he was ordained as a Reverend, receiving many honors along the way. He was later elevated to the position of Bishop by St. Thomas-a-Becket Synod, Canterbury, England.

RELIGIOUS COUNSELOR: Dr. Francis is recognized as a Pastoral, Behavioral, Marital and Family counselor by the State of Oklahoma as long as he is acting within the scope of his duties as clergy and is in good standing with his faith group and ministry, and does complies with Oklahoma State Department of Health – Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statues – Licensed Professional Counselor Act, Section 1903, Licensed Marital and Family Therapist Act, Section 1925.3 and Licensed Behavioral Practitioner Act, Section 1932.
