Official Affiliate Subordinate Ministries Information & ResoursesChaplain Fellowship Ministries International Inc. is a very large and very serious ministry committed to planting ministries, recruiting chaplains, pastors, priest and ministers. We work hard planting outreach missions, chaplaincy programs and many other types of ministries. Chaplaincy is not about religion, it is about serving our Lord and all those who are in need, lost or suffering as He did, and still does. Having said that, Chaplain Fellowship Ministries does take the Lord's work very serious and have no time for those who want to play games, game players use up resources and others time which only hurts those who are serious. Any member who request to become an affiliate subordinate ministry must have a true calling and a real ministry, not a wanna be ministry or internet ministry. Contrary to what many may tell you or say, becoming a 501 (c) 3 tax exempt public charity is not easy, and it is privilege not a right, and a very serious decision not to be taken lightly. Becoming a 501 (c) 3 tax exempt public charity has a serious business side to it. Anyone who does not understand this, need not apply!
Memnbers who submit their ministries to be covered must meet the established requirements of the Internal Revenue Service and Chaplain Fellowship Ministries International Inc. All request must be approved by the board of directors of Chaplain Fellowship Ministries International Inc. Please understand, this is not an automatic right, and no ministry will be covered unless they meet the established requirements of the Internal Revenue Service and Chaplain Fellowship Ministries International as a public charity. All decisions made by the Affiliate Subordinate Ministries Determination Board are final.
Affiliate Subordinate Ministries responsible for their actions and are required to visit the internal revenue service web site and educate themselves regarding public charities & non-profits. Affiliate Subordinate Ministries are held responsible to the IRS for their own 990, 990EZ, 990N or any other forms required by the Internal Revenue Service. Keep yourselves informed and make sure you educate yourselves and your board members so you will not have any problems. Public Charities & Other Non-Profits . The following ministries are Approved official Affiliate Subordinate ministries operating under the bylaws and authority of Chaplain Fellowship Ministries International Inc. and are held accountable to the board of directors of Chaplain Fellowship Ministries International Inc and the IRS. All Official Affiliate Subordinate Ministries are covered under Chaplain Fellowship Ministries International's group exemption as a non-profit public charity. Any ministry not listed here is not an offical Affiliate Subordinate Ministry of Chaplain Fellowship Ministries International Inc.
