Chaplain Christian Breyer: Big Bear Lake & surrounding areas: Rev. Chris Breyer has been doing weddings since 1985. As a child he was always moved watching his Grandfather perform weddings. His Grandfather was a Judge and a Baptist Minister, he loved the Lord and it was evident in everything he did and most importantly in the way he did weddings. Chris hoped that when he grew up, if he ever had to deal with people, he wanted to have the impact on them that his Grandpa Ira did. When he became a minister it was not his intention to do weddings, in fact as an adult he forgot all about that child watching his Grandfather. When Chris was 25 years old he got the chance to do his first wedding ceremony. He was asked to do a wedding ceremony in the middle of a forest, then he remembered the days with his grandfather and the blessing he was. A month later, he was contacted by a couple that was referred to him by the bride of the wedding in the Forrest. Rev. Chris Breyer has become one of the most requested wedding officiators in the Inland Empire area of Southern California.
