Chaplain Donald Gibson is the president and founder of Chaplain Fellowship Ministries International Inc., HomeLand Crisis Institute, and the Senior Bishop of Trinity Full Gospel Churches. Chaplain Gibson is a United States Marine Corps, Combat Vietnam Veteran and former Police Officer. He was elevated to the position of Bishop by St. Thomas-a-Becket Synod and University in Canterbury England in 2003. In 2005 he was ordained as a Methodist minister and later elevated to Bishop by the Wesley Synod of North America which dates back to the 1800s and the C.M.E. Churches of America. Bishop Gibson now serves as a counsel to the Bishops for several Synods in the UK and North America. Chaplain Gibson became ordained as a nondenominational minister and chaplain because he believes that we must be all things to all people. Chaplain Fellowship Ministries is about crisis response, recruiting chaplains, training chaplains, ministers and reaching out worldwide to people in need. Chaplain Fellowship Ministries is a ministry of presence.

Chaplain Gibson is also a member of the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress.
